Hello! I’m Juliana Devi Hapsari
My Journey
I’m an engineer with a strong interest in Data & AI, UI/UX Design, and Web Development. My journey began during my Diploma studies in Mechatronic Engineering at ATMI, where I built a solid foundation in engineering and technology and discovered my interest in programming through IoT and robotics projects. After graduating, I worked as a Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) staff for two years, gaining experience in planning and coordination while developing a growing interest in data processing and how data could be transformed into insights for better decision-making.
Building on these experiences, I continued my studies in Computer Science at Binus University to deepen my understanding of software and data-driven technologies. During this transition, I expanded my skills in data analysis, artificial intelligence, UI/UX design, and web application development, while also strengthening my learning through various online courses such as Revou, Dibimbing, Pacmann, Codepolitan, and FastCampus. This phase allowed me to merge my engineering background with modern software practices and gradually shape my focus toward creating user-centered and meaningful digital solutions.
Today
Today, I am pursuing a Computer Science degree at BINUS Online Learning and interning as a UI/UX Designer at PT Minilemon. Through my academic studies, I continue to strengthen my understanding of computing fundamentals, problem-solving, and system thinking, while my internship allows me to apply these concepts in real-world product development. This combination helps me approach design decisions with both technical awareness and analytical reasoning.
At this stage, my primary focus is on deepening my UI/UX design skills to support my role as an intern. I actively learn and practice user research, design thinking, wireframing, prototyping, and usability evaluation, while collaborating with team members and adapting to real project constraints. Through continuous learning and hands-on projects, I am building user-centered digital experiences that balance usability, visual clarity, and technical feasibility.
